OK guys-make sure you all get a good night's sleep tonight because the first part of the SAGE test begins tomorrow.  Please BE ON TIME  and try your hardest not to miss school this week...especially on Monday and Wednesday because as it stands, those are the days we are doing the SAGE writing tests. Make sure you have a book to read for when you finish testing.  You will get a paper to organize your thoughts on the topics you are given.  Take your time organizing your thoughts before you ever start writing.  Then write as much as you can on the topic.  Remember whether it is a persuasive essay or an opinion, you have to be convincing enough to change the persons'  mind who has the opposite opinion.

Tuesday we will have the rotation schedule that we had 2 weeks ago.

Friday is spirit clothes day---let's see if we can win again.

You have the same spelling and vocab as last week.  We will have the tests on Friday.

See you all tomorrow.

Hi My Friends,
OK so this week starts the new rotation block for the whole school.  For those parents who haven't heard we are moving from a 45 minute rotation every day to a block where we will have the rotations on just 1 day for a 2 hour period.  4th grade will have our block from 9:45 - 11:45 on Tuesdays. During that time the kids will rotate thru Music, P.E., Writing and Library. Mrs. Benanati will be teaching Music, Mrs Wiksom will be teaching P.E. Karalee Switzer will be the Writing teacher and Mrs. Smith will continue with Library.

You have a book report due this Wednesday.  Rember it is Fiction and you are building a float. Don't forget to bring the rubric with your float.

Those of you who have not finished the writing assignment for Mrs. Mickelsen, remember it is due Monday.  Also remember the rule that if you have missing assignments, planners or folders this week...NO FUN FRIDAY!

We will have our Spelling test on Thursday tis week instead of Friday, because Friday we have our reading test and also Fun Friday.

Hi Team Todd,
We have several things happening this week.

Tuesday we have the fun Science Enrichment. Remember the last time we had it-the parents came and did 4 fun experiments with us.

Wednesday is our Wax Museum.  Remember to invite your family to come see all the hard work you all have done to "become" the character in your book.  Remember to have your costume (wear it to school-you WILL NOT have time to change into it).  Also remember to bring the 2 sheets that will  be part of your grade.

Thursday is the MIX-IT-UP lunch that the PTA has planned.  I'm not sure exactly how they are planning to do this but it will no doubt be a fun adventure.
You need to wear your spirit clothes that day because I am pretty sure they will be counting!

Friday there will be no school. It is a teacher- prep day for Parent teacher conference which is Tuesday and Wednesday of the next week.  Please remind your parents that if they have not scheduled an appointment by tomorrow I will schedule one for them.  I will be sending reminder notes to everyone about their times.

See you tomorrow. Same spelling and vocal words.
